Director Advertiser Sales (m/f)

Your Role:

  • Spearhead the development of international advertiser relations in the affiliate and direct advertiser market
  • Ensure availability of high-quality, well-targetable and localized offers across SponsorPay’s country portfolio
  • Manage contractual relationships and ongoing commercial operations with all advertising partners
  • People management of a multinational team of 5 - 10 employees

Experience:

Account Manager (m/f)

Your Role:

  • Responsible for managing relationships with our advertiser partners
  • Ensure availability of high-quality, well-targetable and localized offers across SponsorPay's country portfolio
  • Monitor campaigns and work closely with our clients to improve and optimize performance

Your Role:

Head of Planning and Controlling (m/f)

We are looking for a Head of Planning and Controlling (m/f) for our Berlin office. You will report directly to our CEO and work closely with him on various strategic and operational topics in the finance, controlling and accounting area.

Your Role:

  • Oversee and maintain strategic and operational responsibility for finance, controlling and accounting
  • Maintain and enhance the company's financial model
  • Oversee finance and liquidity planning
  • Analyze key performance figures

Software Developer - Ruby on Rails (m/f)

We are looking for 'smart and get things done' developers that are passionate about building a great platform that will outperform those of our competitors. As we plan to grow our IT team significantly over the next couple of months, we are looking for entry-level as well as senior/experienced developers. 

Role
  • Design, develop and maintain a B-2-B-2-C in-game advertising & payment platform, based on Ruby on Rails/Javascript
  • Modules include front- and back-ends of Advertiser Management and Publisher Control Panel as well as Analytics and Reporting Cubes, iFrame and Targeting Algorithm
  • API-Integration with Publishers, Affiliate Networks, Direct Advertisers and Direct Payment Providers

Skills

  • Experience with Ruby on Rails and Javascript development or the motivation to learn it quickly
  • In-depth knowledge of HTML/CSS as well as SQL (MySQL or PostgreSQL)
  • Experience with HAML/SASS and Git/SVN, Redmine/Trac a plus
  • For senior/lead developers, significant project experience in the aforementioned areas are a must

Operations Agent (m/f)

SponsorPay is looking for students to join our Operations Team on a part-time basis (15-25hrs/week). Joining our team will give you an opportunity to work in a young and dynamic environment where you will be able to become an active part in the further development of our company.

Role

Our Operations Agents support the company in all operative areas of our business. As an Operations Agent at SponsorPay, potential tasks range from Customer Support to Database management.

Your Profile
  • You have a very good command of English or German
  • French, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian, Spanish or Russian are a plus
  • You are a fast learner and can adapt quickly to new challenges
  • You are a problem solver and can apply analytical and solution oriented thinking
  • You are a student and plan on staying in Berlin for at least another year
